Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at msreja57@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and the return address based on your specific order.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges Contact us at msreja57@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Refunds If approved, you'll be refunded within 7-10 business days on your original payment method. For COD orders (India only), refund will be processed via bank transfer. International customers will be refunded to their original payment method.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging.

International Orders Shipping times and return shipping costs for international orders may vary. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
